Kim’s cottage was immaculate. The decor was beautiful. The backyard was peaceful, private, and comfortable. I enjoyed waking up each morning and sitting on the back porch with my coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I loved that the cottage had all of the amenities for a great day at the beach. The notebook was full of helpful information and recommendations for the area. Overall a wonderful and comfortable experience. My family and I will definitely book with Kim again.

Our stay was amazing! The house had plenty of room for all of us to hang out together and play games or we could spread out on our own. It was very clean and just as depicted in the pictures. Kim was very responsive to any concerns, which was much appreciated. The pool area is amazing! We spent most of our days with the kids out there. The kitchen had everything we needed and was nicely labeled. We had a super great vacation here and we definitely will be back again!

We stayed here for a week and it felt just like home! It was beautiful, clean, and looked better than the photos. It’s just 5 min from downtown and about 15 min from the beach. Kim was on top of the communication and very friendly. Would highly recommend this property!

Kim's place was an excellent beach vacation for my family of 8. My daughter is autistic & her back yard was the perfect place for her to play safely. It's close to the beach, very cleaned, & the decor was gorgeous. Definitely a five star stay!

Everything about this place was perfect for our two family vacation. There were four kids and four adults and there was so much room. Communication with Kim was easy and she was always quick to respond. The backyard was the kids dream oasis. Having all the swimming floaties/rafts/basketball hoop, pool lounger etc. was an awesome touch. We also found a cornhole set behind the outside couch! Having hose outside was nice so we could rinse off all the sand from beach. We appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels, chairs and even kids beach toys! Less we had to travel with. Also loved that everything was labeled so it was so easy to find what we needed and knew exactly where to return it! Beds were extremely comfortable! And the kitchen had almost every gadget you could want. We enjoyed this home so much and would definitely book it again!!
