Cool Stays - Florida

Everything about this place was perfect for our two family vacation. There were four kids and four adults and there was so much room. Communication with Kim was easy and she was always quick to respond. The backyard was the kids dream oasis. Having all the swimming floaties/rafts/basketball hoop, pool lounger etc. was an awesome touch. We also found a cornhole set behind the outside couch! Having hose outside was nice so we could rinse off all the sand from beach. We appreciated that there were plenty of beach towels, chairs and even kids beach toys! Less we had to travel with. Also loved that everything was labeled so it was so easy to find what we needed and knew exactly where to return it! Beds were extremely comfortable! And the kitchen had almost every gadget you could want. We enjoyed this home so much and would definitely book it again!!

Our stay at Kim’s house was fantastic. We stayed here for our family vacation. The youngest was 4.5, the oldest 88, and this house was perfect for everyone! Kim is so kind and very responsive. We realized the stay before us had broken the umbrella and she dropped off a new one within an hour (even though we told her it wasn’t necessary!). She had great local recs. We had the best time staying in her home. This is our new go to spot to stay in Pensacola. Thank you, Kim!
