I really enjoyed my stay at Kim’s place. The home was spotless, cozy, and in a great location close to the Maritime Park. Kim was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything easy from start to finish. Even though I was only there for one night, it was a wonderful experience. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful house with outstanding private patio. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, pool was a bit cold (Feb. stay), but is beautiful. House includes everything including washer/dryer, dishes, etc...Kim is friendly and very easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay completely and planning to book this house next year for our visit to Pensacola.

This was a great place for our family. We came to Pensacola for a swim competition but fell in love with the area. Pensacola feels like it is being revitalized. Kim’s home was trendy in style, extremely clean with amenities, and we felt very comfortable. This was so much better than a hotel. Pool was quiet and beautiful, although we did not swim. Close drive to the beach. Kim also provides recommendations in the area and easy instructions for use of the property. We hope to come back. Loved it! 5 stars for sure!

This home was very clean, comfortable, and felt spacious. Check-in, check-out, and all other instructions were clear and simple. This trip was for work, and the location was perfect for the different areas of the city that we had appointments and meetings in, while also being convenient to all of the restaurants and nightlife of downtown Pensacola. I would definitely rent again for future trips.

One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, and everything was extreme well organized. Labes throughout the kitchen and bathrooms made finding items so easy. This place deserves glowing reviews and I would highly recommend it!

If I have to point out some downsides, if I really have to…
New frying pans needed.
Dining table was very uncomfortable due to the chairs that are too tall.
Nevertheless, super super nice place to stay!!!

Do not hesitate to book your stay at Kim's place. From the moment we walked it, it immediately felt like home. It doesn't feel like a vacation rental. They take great care of the house. It's well organized, elegantly decorated, and in the perfect location. The average ETA for our destinations were about 15 minutes. There are plenty of towels, washcloths, space, and blankets. We truly enjoyed our stay. I will definitely book again when visiting Pensacola on the future. 🧡 Thanks for the 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service!

I can’t say enough great things about staying here. We had 4 adults and an infant and it was enough space for all of us. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Guidance to enter and guidance for departure was clear. Contact from the host/owner was great!
