Excellent communication! I appreciate how responsive Kim was and even leading up the day of check in. They provided excellent recommendations with their guidebook which I did check out some of the spots. The Airbnb was a great area, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I appreciated that they how stuff for the beach such as fold up chairs, umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels. I like to cook so it was nice to have a kitchen that was fully stocked. I appreciate how cold the house can get so great AC system. It was nice to have a nice little loop in the back and that leads to the pool area. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and I would defiintely come back again.

Kim was a great a communicative host! She gave very clear instructions and there was no confusion on what to do. the space was beautiful and perfect. my favorite part was the recommendations binder she left for us. we went to one of the restaurants she recommended, the fish house, and it was fantastic. we would definitely book with her again!

i stayed here for 2 days for my birthday and absolutely loved it! the space was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with everything i needed for a relaxing stay. the host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect. i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming getaway — i’ll definitely be back!

This was our second family vacation at Kim’s place. And it did not disappoint! We enjoyed such a wonderful week at the beach with our family of 7. The house is so beautiful and spacious. We absolutely love the outdoor amenities. It was so special to swim in the pool every night and spend time with our teenage/adult children. The kitchen and outdoor cooking is fully stocked. So we were able to enjoy dinners at the house when we wanted. The living quarters and bedrooms are just as pictured. Everyone had PLENTY of space. It’s just such a comfortable place to stay.
The house is very close to Johnson beach. (Which is where we spent most of our time outside of the house) but it is only 20-30 min from Gulf Shores area. (Which is where we would go to eat and shop)
We highly recommend this place and the host is AMAZING !!!!!!!! Kim always makes sure we are well take care of.

Kim and her place honestly exceeded our expectations. The place was in a perfect location in our opinion. It was quiet, safe and about 5-10 minutes from anything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone going to the area.

She is very nice and very helpful, goes out of her way to fix something for you. I highly recommend staying at this house. She responds to you immediately, if you need anything. Awesome place.

everything was just right only one thing the air mattress had a small hole in it, and when I messaged her she promptly responded and brought over another one This was most definitely a great stay and the pool was amazing
