Great stay! Place was amazing! Only comment was to check the dishes and kitchen items. The pots and pans we used had to be scrubbed before use as they had burnt food stuck on them. The coffee pot was very very dirty. Other than that the place is fantastic and the host does a good job at communicating. We did our best to leave the place as we found it. Hope to stay there again one day! It was amazing! You won’t regret it!

The house was amazing! We had the best time. The location was so peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and quiet nights. And LOVED all the butterflies out front! 10/10 would recommend. Already planning next years trip in hopefully this same place!

Our family loves returning to Kim’s property year over year! It has everything we could even think to need and the things we don’t think of as well. It makes our travels much easier knowing what to expect and she has the house so organized that it makes our stay seamless and checkout so easy. We just finished our third year back to the property and have every intention of returning each year. Thanks Kim!

LOVED staying here. Mrs. Kim was so sweet and answered any questions I had. I loved home it was gorgeous inside and out. It was very quiet and very close to a lot of restaurants in Perdido. The amount of towels she provides is also a WIN in my book because we go thru so many. Definitely would book again if I ever find myself back in Pensacola!!

Loved our stay, hosts were very helpful. Could not get over the kitchen it was gorgeous and lots of helpful items from coffee stuff, pots/pans, seasonings etc. Additionally the water pressure and how hot the water got was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall loved our stay would stay at again.

Brand spanking clean place and a perfect place for our group of 6. Comfortable sitting and well stocked kitchen and coffee bar made morning breakfast a great start of the day
Kim was super responsive for example when we found the door lock wouldnt work because of dead batteries she was able to lock the place remotely, sent instructions on how to replace and directed us to where she keeps emergency stock of batteries.
One should know the pool is at the far end of the complex, this act might be a good thing but we were too busy to take a look
Definitely would rent again

We had a great stay! One of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever been in! It was very well stocked with utensils, spices, and waffle maker we really enjoyed. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back! :)

We absolutely LOVED this home !!! Beautifully decorated, close to the beach and lots of nearby stores and restaurants.
The beds were SO comfortable !! The Pool and Hottub were both very clean. Check in and Check Out was a breeze.
Cannot recommend this AirBNB enough.

Excellent communication! I appreciate how responsive Kim was and even leading up the day of check in. They provided excellent recommendations with their guidebook which I did check out some of the spots. The Airbnb was a great area, the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I appreciated that they how stuff for the beach such as fold up chairs, umbrella, a cooler, and beach towels. I like to cook so it was nice to have a kitchen that was fully stocked. I appreciate how cold the house can get so great AC system. It was nice to have a nice little loop in the back and that leads to the pool area. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and I would defiintely come back again.
