Kim was an awesome host! Very responsive to any questions that I had. Even allowed me to extend my stay when my situation changed at the last minute. The house was beautiful with beautiful furnishings! I didn't want to leave. It was just a block away from the water which made going for an evening walk so enjoyable. I will definitely stay there again next time I am back in town! Thank you so much!

One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, and everything was extreme well organized. Labes throughout the kitchen and bathrooms made finding items so easy. This place deserves glowing reviews and I would highly recommend it!

This was our second time booking this home for a sister’s trip. Just as the first time the home was exactly as described. The Christmas decorations gave it that holiday touch. The kitchen has literally everything you need to cook a huge meal, all we did was order the groceries and had them delivered.
Several of my sisters smelled gas coming from the kitchen when we arrived. I contacted Kim and within an hour maintenance arrived. There was a small leak that got fixed without ruining our weekend. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!!
We’re already planning our next sister’s trip and plan to book our home away from home Airbnb.

It was just what we needed peaceful and quite. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. Overall if your looking to relax Kim’s place is the place will be revisiting very shortly

We loved the place and truly appreciated how beautifully it was decorated for the holidays, it made us feel right at home.
Kim was an excellent host. She responded quickly, answered all our questions, and was incredibly helpful even before we booked. Throughout our stay, she remained very communicative and promptly assisted us whenever we needed anything.
We were very happy with the moments we shared in this cozy home and truly enjoyed our stay.

It was great. I loved that there was a hot tub. The home was very clean and just a breath of fresh air. We felt right at home. If available again next year I will definitely be booking another stay there. We had a 5 star experience

We were a group of 4 down for the Snowball Derby at 5 Flags Speedway about 30 minutes away in Pensacola. The house was exactly as described and pictured in the photos. It was unfortunately cool and rainy the week we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful backyard with all it's amenities, except the hot tub which was perfect. We would definitely book with Kim again when in the area. She was very helpful and responsive and left great local info for us. Thank you for hosting us!

The house looked just like the photos! It was very clean and clutter-free. Kim is an amazing host! Very responsive and she thought of everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The home is in a perfect location. It is located near NAS Pensacola and also so close to the beautiful beaches! My family and I enjoyed almost 2 weeks in her home and didn’t want to leave! If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely stay there again!

New frying pans needed.
Dining table was very uncomfortable due to the chairs that are too tall.
Nevertheless, super super nice place to stay!!!
