We had a great time while we were in Pensacola. Loved the ease of the location. Pool was great. Kim was so easy to reach. Everything was clean and as described! Would definitely stay again!

Kim’s place was absolutely amazing for our family vacation!! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. There was plenty of kitchenware for bigger groups! Everything was labeled which was super nice. We loved it and will definitely look to stay here again in the future!!

This home was exactly as it was shown. The home is beautiful, the pool clean, hot tub clean and ready. The home was very clean m, well stocked , very roomy and a quiet location. I would recommend this home. Kim, the hostess was very attentive all the way up to our departure. She was kind and concerned about our stay. My family and I will definitely be going hack.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and well maintained, including the pool and hot tub, which we all enjoyed so much. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The location was perfect, just minutes away from the beach and close to convenience stores, which was very helpful. Check in was easy and smooth, and the place was exactly as described and shown in the photos.
My kids loved everything, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Our stay was very nice! The house was just what we needed and looked just like pictures. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions.

Only down fall was next to a busy street on the back side of house. Only time that was a issue was when you were on patio or in the pool. But kim had a wrap around fence for maximum privacy. Will recommend other for bookings.
P.s house was quiet from outside noise.

I didn’t even want to leave this place. The host was very responsive and the cleaners did a great job on the house. I was able to book for another two nights and it was delightful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kim’s place. The home was spotless, cozy, and in a great location close to the Maritime Park. Kim was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything easy from start to finish. Even though I was only there for one night, it was a wonderful experience. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

This was a great place for our family. We came to Pensacola for a swim competition but fell in love with the area. Pensacola feels like it is being revitalized. Kim’s home was trendy in style, extremely clean with amenities, and we felt very comfortable. This was so much better than a hotel. Pool was quiet and beautiful, although we did not swim. Close drive to the beach. Kim also provides recommendations in the area and easy instructions for use of the property. We hope to come back. Loved it! 5 stars for sure!
