Cool Stays - Florida

Our stay at Kim’s house was fantastic. We stayed here for our family vacation. The youngest was 4.5, the oldest 88, and this house was perfect for everyone! Kim is so kind and very responsive. We realized the stay before us had broken the umbrella and she dropped off a new one within an hour (even though we told her it wasn’t necessary!). She had great local recs. We had the best time staying in her home. This is our new go to spot to stay in Pensacola. Thank you, Kim!

I came to Florida to spend a little family time. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and well stocked. The hot tub was amazing. The backyard is very inviting with enough room for the kids to play. Beds were nice and comfortable and the master shower was very large. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan to book again!
